She has put her body through rigorous training for Strictly Come Dancing.
And Abbey Crouch showed the results of her efforts as she strolled to the dance studios wearing a revealing gym outfit.
The WAG, 27, showed off her toned pins in a pair of grey leggings which were teamed with a cropped sweat top in a darker grey.
She also wore comfortable black-and-white trainers while she wore her blonde hair loose.
In her typical style she also wore a red manicure for a touch of glamour.
But while Abbey appears body-confident, it seems that she sometimes has insecurities about her figure.
Her mum Karen Sullivan, 51, told the Mirror: ‘It drives me and her friends mad when we come round to visit her and she’s standing there saying ‘I’m looking massive today aren’t I?’
‘I don’t know what she thinks is massive about her. She’s got insecurities just like everyone.’
She also revealed that Abbey likes to indulge in cake as a treat after the live shows.
