So instead of staging a workout within the confines of an indoor studio, the former Baywatch babe proudly sculpted her firm assets outside of a Hollywood centre on Thursday.

Yet, most impressive was Carmen's handstand abilities that certainly proved she certainly has core power.

Either the TV personality manifested a strategic plan to show off her goods or she was just warming up for a gruelling session, because she sure gave her limbs a good stretch.
