But on show day in Manhattan on Wednesday, Candice Swanepoel looked like a million dollars - and then some.
The 25-year-old showed off her incredible body as she sauntered confidently along the runway wearing the $10 million Fantasy Bra.
Following in the footsteps of Miranda Kerr, Tyra Banks, Gisele Bündchen, Heidi Klum, Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima and Claudia Schiffer, Candice were picked to showcase the lingerie brand's multi-million dollar bra.
This year's design, titled 'The Royal', was designed by Swiss-based jeweler, Mouawad.
The bra - nicknamed 'The Royal' - is adorned with over 4,200 precious gems from around the world including rubies, diamonds, and yellow sapphires in the bra. It also comes with matching pink frilly briefs and a gold belt, worn beautifully by Candice.
The South African native wore white gloves and red velvet heels as she walked the catwalk during the show, which is invite-only but will be broadcast globally on December 10.
Candice may have breathed a sigh of relief when she was later able to remove the expensive garment and replace it with an equally stunning but far less pricey cream colored lace and velvet ensemble.
Cara Delevingne displayed her slender legs in a sports outfit as she carried a soccer ball while walking down the runway.
The 21-year-old offered a glimpse of her cleavage in a sparkling midnight blue bra.
She wore high white-and-red platform boots and her hair fell in soft waves around her shoulders.
Taylor Swift, who, along with Fall Out Boy, performed throughout the show, donned a Union Jack costume and a sparkly silver minidress.
She gave a lively performance of I Knew You Were Trouble that got the crowd at the Lexington Avenue Armory on its feet.
